Been struggling with mine locked on ultra power save mode
Fixed it, ,, once the battery is fully charged keep it plugged in and hold the power button for about 10 seconds and the phone will automatically restart,

no need for safe mode or any other button presses !
Worked on mine , hope it helps 🤘

Doesn't work for my POS Huawei! Can't get the settings button back to turn it off or to get to anything else! I'd never buy another Huawei!

Upper screen not working?

Long press the home button to open Google voice assistant.

Then open battey setting

Clear data and cache and then force close the battery.

Again open the battery, now you can turn on and turn off the super power saving mode.

Turn it off. Try switching off or again restart. You will get the normal mode.

P.S Don't forget to charge your phone 100% and keep it in charge mode while doing. But not for many hours!
