Hello there!, here's another 25-minute Qigong sequence for the Autumn season - focusing on Metal element themes of finding balance and creating boundaries.

We start by opening up the joints to enable the free flow of qi then explore the polaritues of yin and yang connecting with Heaven and Earth to nourish and harmonies our system.

Following that, we play with balance and embody the Crane with its elegance and ability to gain clarity by rising above the fray.

We finish with some suitably sharp metal movements to cut away energetic debris and draw up clear boundaries to protect the energy body.

I hope you enjoy it, there will be a longer 50-minute version available very soon for those of you who enjoy a longer practice.
