He owns land near the Las Vegas strip. He bought decades ago. It’s worth tens of millions of dollars. The reason he said he won’t sell because it’s a legacy he’s leaving his children. He has zero upkeep for the land. There is no property tax on undeveloped land in Las Vegas. If you listen to the guy, tell a story, he’s one of those guys at the end of the story is laughing all the way to the bank.
