The Anti-Oedipus Home Movie is one family's attempt to break free from the shackles of the Oedipus Complex. Re-reading Sophocles' Oedipus, Freud's writing on the Oedipus Complex and Deleuze and Guattari's Anti-Oedipus, the family try to query the Oedipalization of the nuclear family. They chose to explore this through the medium of the home movie but got a bit stuck in repression and representation. Can the family, the unconscious, the desire for delirium, ever be set free from the imperialism of the Oedipus Complex?
