I'll be signing up for your patreon if you want to make that tier list for biomarkers. Signing up has been on my to do list for a couple years now.

Thanks for challenging the notion that lp(a) isn't modifiable with lifestyle/diet. There are too many examples of people who have been able to influence it greatly. Not everyone can, but many sure can...

3 questions:
1) Do you think it might be better to track the difference in biological vs chrongical age, instead of showing the chart of your average pheno age per year? Your pheno age will obviously increase each year as your chronological age increases, but shouldn't your goal be to maintain or increase the DIFFERENCE between your pheno vs chrongical age?
2) In many large population studies for cholesterol, it shows that optimal range that lowers ACM is between 180-280 ng/dl. Why do you believe you value of 156 ng/dl to be optimal?
3) In your research to lower C. Albicans, I suggest you consider supplementing with Dr. Davis' L. Reuteri "yogurt" as it is known to reduce 5 of the 6 C. Albicans strains, as well as increase oxytocin, eliminate SIBO/SIFO, improve sleep, and improve digestion.

Thx Prof. for your unique insights about the correct manner of assessing the renal function in the context of aging.Supplementing with NAC would improve not only your homecysteine level but also creatinine level, let's wait and see.

I’m surprised you haven’t been testing HbA1c. Excited to see that market at your next testing.

The only issue with attempting to raise HDL is that it usually means LDL will rise, too. And this likely means aboB rises, too.

Can you please share just a little of what you did to lower your Lp(a)?! Please 🙏 mine is 380 nmol/L and I’d love to lower it. I’m pretty much entirely plant based and eat salmon twice a week. I started eating this way AFTER finding out about my Lp(a) but it still hasn’t come down.

You mentioned having a son. Have you checked his bio markers as a way to find optimal ranges?

I’d be very interested in seeing how taking T3 works for you. I had identically thyroid numbers as you and just couldn’t improve my T4 to T3 conversion no matter what I tried. I noticed Siim Land has the exact same issue.

I've struggled with high-ish fasting glucose and A1C like that for a long time... I'm sure I can get it down a bit but my baseline just seems to be higher than most. Have you looked into LP-IR or DRI tests for insulin sensitivity instead?

Can you do any pace calculation with this data, or have you recently tested pace?

Cinammon can significantly upregulate muc2, meaning better intestinal mucosa, it can also reduce glucose levels.
Berberine could also help with glucose, which is suboptimal
For homocysteine some B vitamins are cofactors, i just take a B complex, supplementing nac and taurine should reduce it, you could also try msm rather than tmg

When you had lower homocysteine, were you by chance still eating meat? Creatine synthesis does take a huge amount of methyl groups even in omnivores. I don't know if there are any studies on avoiding meat and homocysteine but I would expect some increase.

Hey how would you pivot your diet around the issue of hair loss? Oh wait, never mind.

What are your thoughts on Matt Kaeberlein saying these bio tests are “completely useless”? He thinks people are wasting their time doing this. I’d love your thoughts!
