Hello My son (4 years) was having thyroid glossal duct cyst with puss and infection. After antibiotic now the cyst and puss is gone. And doctor told us to just take care the kid, he said there is no need of surgery. if it will appear in future, surgery will be required. My questions is what precaution should we take to prevent infection, what is good to eat and what the boy shouldn't eat? please guide.

Sir, Im 29 years old. I have thyroglossal duct cyst since childhood with dicharge flood from midneck. In 2016 infected my first surgery august 2016 in aiims delhi then after recurrent occurs so again surgery in 2019.but sir again and again swelling so i have to discharge fluid then again after 10 days few swelling start and have to romove it in 2-3 month. So plz what to do.... Sir
