Hi, did Escrima back in the day. Looking at knocking the rust off with a friend. Do you have recommendations on protective gear? I already got the cheap rubber sticks, that'll break super fast, but a video on eye pro or other things to consider would be great.

I taught hand to hand combat and have about 16 of experience in other martial arts, but only 2 years in Escrima. Looks similar to Kali, but I don't know enough about either to spot the differences and I'm definitely not meaning any disrespect by comparing the two, you just seem knowledgeable and I'd like to get your opinion.

Tell me your lineage all the way to cabalas please. This isn't the original Sumbrada flow drill that he taught. It's a five moving drill which is what you did not a 3. So again?Where did you learn this from cause this isn't original. And also your footwork sucks.Remember your triangles
