I been using Bandicam and not FRAPS any more. The file sizes are alot smaller and it also has a option to record the desktop. I put the link in the description.

I used to be able to record my desktop, but now it records a black screen and just my mouse cursor is in it.

u just changed my custom desktop background that i deleted after i set it as my desktop background :( im sad

Black screen ? maybe your windows is not genuine just go to START MENU IN LEFT BOTTOM and type ''CMD'' and run as administator then type SLMGR -REARM and wait 5 seconds to succesful and then restart pc change blackground and finished may i help :P
