I love when I do a brilliant move in chess and all grandmasters appear in the top of my screen moaning together.

Ideally, game proceeds as follows:

1. ... Qxe7
2. Qxd4+ Kb8 (forced) -- Black can't block the check on c5 with the queen because that only delays mate by one move, losing the queen in the process.
3. Qb6+ Bb7 -- blocking check with Qb7 leads to Mate with 4. Nc6
4. Nc6+ Ka8 (forced) -- Notice the light square Bishop just hanging out on h3, eyeing what would have been an ideal "safe square" for the King on c8
5. Qa7#
The Queen arrives with the nails to the Black King's coffin; his own queen, blocked by his own bishop, is helpless despite being on an active square -- all for the sin of being forced to take a Rook.

"Hey! what if the sacrifice is left alone?"
1. ... Kb8 (moving away from check)
2. Qxd4 Rd7 (blocks White's mate threat on a7)
3. Rxd7! Qxd7 -- Nd7 is not possible because of Qxh8+!
4. Qb6+ Bb7
5. Nc6+ Qxc6 (forced) -- the only legal move.
6. dxc6 any -- Black has exhausted their options and can no longer stop Checkmate on b7.


1. ... Kb6
2. Qxd4+ Qc5
3. Qxf6+ Qd6 -- Rd6 is not possible because of Qxh8. And Kxa5 will be met with b4+! forking both King and Queen.
4. Qxf7 Rhf8
5. Rb7+! Bxb7
6. Qxb7+ Kxa5 (forced)
7. b4+ Qxb4+ -- Black's Queen has to sacrifice herself, as Ka4 is met with Qxa6#.
8. axb4+ Kxb4
9.Qxa6 ...
White is free to pick apart what's left of Black's army as the match enters the endgame. Considering White's material advantage, it's only a matter of time before they are able to convert into a winning position.

For all of those comments : the idea is not that simple. No simple royal fork intended here, especially if black replied with Kb6 or Kb8

If Kb6 the black king can be forced down the A file, always threatening mate, but if black plays well they can force a draw or a queen exchange
