Nobody can describe the sweetness of Imaan to someone who is in ignorance. May Allah guide us and reward the efforts of your brother. May Allah unite us all in Jannat UL Firdaus.

This video could literally not have come at a more perfect time for me. Things like this solidify the fact that Allah is watching over every single person to the point where it's ridiculous to even doubt it.

This Ramadan was the Ramadan I had decided to turn a new leaf. My entire life has been filled with errors and mistakes and distance from Allah. But I vowed to change about a month before Ramadan, and it was slowly working. I felt closer to Allah, and the deen I was born with was finally feeling familiar. I was so looking forward to making taraweeh every single night for the first time in forever. I couldn't wait to join the community and struggle with and encourage each other.

Then covid-19 happened. Now I'm on my own trying to stumble through recitation night after night. I've been doing okay so far, but felt especially drained tonight. Then thoughts of old habits started creeping in. I felt that familiar sloth-like aura closing in on me. I started listlessly browsing youtube, watching the clock pass by isha with the decision of skipping it entirely already made in my head.

Then I stumbled upon this video from the recommended tab. I didn't even mean to watch it, but I misclicked it and was too lazy to change it.

During the video, it felt like he was speaking directly to me. Word for word, as if he was describing my exact situation, my exact thoughts, my own struggles. It was as if Allah himself gently steered me towards this video to snap me out of a trance I didn't even realize I was falling into. Telling me that it's okay for it to feel difficult, and not to give up. And I'm forever thankful for it.

I appreciate so much of what you guys do at the yaqeen institute. Thank you for providing content. Thank you for the work you put in. Thank you, thank you, thank you. May Allah protect and bless each and every single one of you. I doubt anyone is going to read this colassal wall of text, but writing out my thoughts felt very therapeutic. Now it's time to actually get up and make isha 😁

Perfect timing SubhanaAllah. This was very motivational and encouraging for me. I have started memorizing the Quran and it seems hard..but hearing that Allah loves struggles made me enjoy to read the Quran even more. May Allah bless the sheikh. Ameen

I was just listening as I go through the comments and I am not sure how much I took in untill 5:14 I was struggling to do my hifz today and the page was really testing my recitation and tajweed so I put the Kitaab down and started to just use my phone and here I am hours later. I shouldn't have stopped when I struggled, but Jazzaka Allah.
