Beifeng isn't using the first strike bug btw. Its a scaling champ meta and he's playing a scaling build simple as that. If you want to use the bug you have to hit the second half of a Q and swap to another element before the first Q hits. The bug doesn't proc first strike twice it just gives you a third proc of your passive which first strike is then applied to.

Qiyana as a champion is just buggy as hell when you get enough games in to notice. Her R gets iffy at certain points, and if you q-w-q with the w-q part being instant, it doesn't actually reset her passive to the last element at all and the passive only procs once. Though on another note, mad probs to Beifeng, the entire laning phase I noticed him waiting for his q to hit before actually w'ing, he wasn't abusing the bug whatsoever.

it says attacks 0.25 seconds after the first hit procs the rune. thats why it does thay

the bug with double passive proc (Q > W while Q mid air) was fixed in 12.14. although there is worse thing that makes qiyana's target not reset W's element while first strike is active when u make QWQ combo. that makes qiyana lose some damage and it is so frustrating on her.

I love the fact that Qiyana was 54% wr so they buffed all lethality items and "fixed a bug where Q > W > Q combo did less damage than intended" so shes mow nearly 56% wr with high pick rate and riot doesnt seems like nerfing her, mby another buff soon?
