Cannot believe I just now found this channel. Awesome stuff. I love that the Barred Owl showed up right when you started cooking. He was making a very unique call, but normally people say their call sounds a bit like someone yelling "who cooks for you? who cooks for you eh?" Awesome critters, I hear them all the time in my neighborhood but rarely see them, it's always nice to hear.

I guess it's because I'm from the south, but I love lemon on fish. My favorite is grilled catfish with lemon juice and Montreal steak seasoning. It sounds crazy I know. But you should try it
