Roger mentions in another interview that he once got drunk with Jim Morrison. Two of my favourite singers, (three including Roger ) Jim Morrison and Cass Elliott. Not only were their voices phenomenal, but they both had extremely high IQs. I would have loved to have met them and have an intellectual conversation with them.

Harrison and Clapton were NOT there like they say, "If you remember that era, YOU WEREN'T THERE."

Love the history! And with all the great guitarists and music, for me, it was the Otis Redding performance that moved me most! Anyone else have the Live at Monterey vinyl with Jimi on one side and Otis on the flip? In my estimation, Right up there with Allman Bros at the Philmore for greatest live album.

Sixty six now and l hope l die before l get old doesn't ring true anymore with age comes wisdom.Hendrix, Morrison and Moon died way to early and still matter!!

Daltrey is imagining Harrison and Clapton were there. The Beatles were the first to turn down Monterey and
Eric was furious Robert Stigwood told the promotors no, without bothering mentioning it to Cream.

Can't get over how boo-tiful my sweet babboo looks here. He bought back his TOMMY look that year.

Roger reminds me of the guy in the film Mask, with Cher in it .😂

Townshend is a little too preoccupied with the Jimi Hendrix competition more than anyone else
