STi 1.0? 2.0? Classic? Abarth? Eh-barth? Eh-bart?! Abarté?! So many questions this week

10 seconds in, and my mind was already blown with the camera witchcraft.

To get rid of the understeer, or at least mitigate it, you need to get off the gas and let it take you around with the momentum and as soon as you straighten out you hit the gass to let the awd claw you of the turn and you will speed up! This car is a true drivers car and definitely not at all easy to master 😊

This is by far, my favorite car at this price point. The sounds that come from these flat 4’s are amazing.

A Subaru video with no vape joke? Impossible!

Another great review guys !  (Spoiler alert to the other straight pipers):  Right around 5:38, I had to do a double take on that "pavement ends" sign.  You added a "SUBSCRIBE" sign underneath.  That was really funny.  I almost missed that one.

how bout the "STI Zer0" since there will be zero engines changes in 2037. still rocking the ej with a 5hp increase every 10 years

Ppl just like what's rare. If push to start is rare. Enthusiasts love it as a luxury. But when push to start is common, enthusiasts love keys because of nostalgia and being a "core functions" kinda back to basics type of guy

I'll be honest watching you guys review the type-r vs. other competitors made me get one. I just saw so many consistent patterns of reviews similar to your but yours were in depth. I still appreciate the STI I just wanted something"different" and was aggressive while also laying respects to the previous type-r.

I love watching this review AFTER watching the WHY Would Anyone BUY a Subaru WRX STI in 2022?! review to see the change in perception. Not just with the car, because that is an awesome change. But really watching the change in the Straight Pipes quality of review. Production, charisma with the audience, maturity with review . This is a great video. Love the Straight Pipes dudes. Kudos to you flappy headed canucks. Good job, buddy.

WRX STI is the vehicular representation of the Canadian Dream.
Agreed with the snow thing, but damned on forestry roads unless you DGAF... Rally-Ho!

subaru is king in my area, owned a few myself good cars that do well at -40 and colder but damn they are horrible gas guzzlers for a four cylinder engine vehicle, my last Legacy GT gt made my Lexus ls400 look like an economy car. the sti is a good overall vehicle especially in winter on snow and ice but for the price as a new car id consider others or some thing used . parts are easy to get so thats a big plus

Sti has a strong transmission... even though it feels sluggish they like to hold power and abuse
