Thanks a bunch my dear for doing a video on the new Tom Ford Foundation. Your video is the very 1st I’ve ever watched of it. I appreciate your totally honesty always. This foundation definitely appears to be most geared towards normal or dry types. But, it did go on looking very, very beautifully on you. It gives off a seamless finish for sure. But, I know you have skin that learns more on the oilier side, so I can definitely understand it not holding up the best on oilier skin types especially during this time of the year, especially.

When you asked would I buy a $150 foundation I laughed. I look hard at myself when it's a $50 one cuz I barely finish foundations before the expiration date. I could never.

I was thinking though maybe it's so matte that it made your face react by getting oily to balance the dryness of the foundation. But I could be overthinking it

Now I got Auntie Pat's foundation which was like 68 dollars or around that so I'm not against spending a coin or 2 but I definitely will have to get samples. It looks really good on you. The colors are really close. 😊

Between the two I didn’t end up being able to tell the difference in the end. They’re both really great looking matches. Last foundation I paid this much for was Pat McGrath and that will prolly be the last one for me.

For $150, the oil control primer should be in the foundation. 😩😂 9.5 seems like it had more coverage. I think I need that Danessa Myricks concealer.

I could barely tell the difference between the two but I’d say 9.7/right side from our view.

I have normal skin. But when it’s a matte foundation. I use the Danessa Myricks Yummy skin moisture repair balm serum with hyaluronic acid & squalene & it works amazing on me. Because of this balm I will try a matte formula. I’m going to wait until it goes to CCO.

Both shades look good, i can barely tell the difference but if I had to pick 9.7 because of the undertone. So I have two recent luxury foundations so imma skip this but I feel like I would love it bc of the shade. I can’t see myself getting this regular priced tho it would have to be a sale running. I also tried the primer you suggested the CR I truly enjoyed it under my aboutface foundation

You look stunning! The Foundation is beautiful on you. Personally I will never spend $150 on a foundation for many reasons 🤯🤭 Since I have a dry skin type the TF foundation isn’t meant for me. However, I’m really interested in purchasing the New Patrick Ta foundation it seems better suited for my skin type preferences and price point.

I second the Tom ford rep its definitely matte and stays like that so skin prep is definite must. I would never pay $150 though. I just received it fir free from influenster. Still can't figure out the company getting rid of all foundations for this though

Tom is dragging it with the price, but it did look fire on you. I wiuld need this to be super oil resistant, super sweat resistant, and skin perfecting over time, for me to risk spending so much.

At the end of the day, though, the House of Ford is iconic, and this product will sell like hotcakes amongst his fans.
