Проверьте, что написано в верхней строчке гита. Может быть так, что он видит второй, публичный репозиторий и там невозможно сделать никаких действий, т.к он пуст (если он пуст у вас). Этот репозиторий есть по умолчанию в гите (профиль о себе). Если в верхней строчке гита написана папка этого репозитория, то... Ищите на рабочем столе папку репозитория, с которым вы работаете. Правой кнопкой мыши нажимаете на неё и выбираете "Открыть с помощью git bush". И всё, гит начинает видеть ваш репозиторий.Можете делать комиты
