To all the facial newbies: your skin needs time to calm down and settle and to let all the treatments do their work. My face is always a little red from the treatments and usually shiny from products right after a facial— it’s the next day where you wake up feeling like a model. DEF never work out the day you have a facial, like after the appointment I mean. Just go home after and relax, try to eat clean, drink a BUTTload of water (the beautician usually tells you that at the appt). But like if you have an event you want to be glowing for, definitely schedule your facial like two days in advance, never day-of

High frequency is amazing I have a wand at home at I use it 2-3 times a week for 10 minutes and helps a lot to prevent pimples and heal them faster. I had cystic acne for over a decade and it helped a lot my skin is almost clear
