2nd case: If the GPS wasn’t working properly at the FIRST sign you report it and if you have to go to 49 to replace it you do that, the issue is they kept calling him REPEATEDLY to let him know they weren’t getting a signal, then they would get a signal? I suspect the device is fine and he just wasn’t charging it overnight (kinda like a cell phone) like he was supposed to and bringing a baby to court like a shield to keep Judge Fleischer from throwing you in jail was a big no no because all you did was piss off the judge. He better hope and pray when he came back to court the next day his system was clean because he’s about 2 seconds away from being thrown behind bars!

Judge Fleisher has become so soft….. he gives OR bond after OR bond and consistently waives fees and fines for drunk drivers. He wonders why so many get killed on the roads from drunk drivers, when he is partly responsible. The legislature determines the fines and fees and there is no wonder why there are so many repeat offenders, as he waives these fines and fees constantly. These juicers keep driving drunk because he excuses their behavior. SICKENING!!
