I own a pair and while the sound and operation are the best there’s a problem with mechanical convection. Many people including me broke them on the connection between headband and speakers.

I have the XM3’s and they aren’t bad. Noise canceling is iffy though and without NC the bass is lacking heavily. Curious as to if the XM5’s rectified this.

I bought them couple months ago. I prefered my xm3. The noise canceling randomly recalibrate and resets... No matter the settings..

I like the double device connection tho.. And when the noise canceling is working right, i think its a bit better.. As long as you dont move or touch them

You get better headphones for 150 Euro. For noise-cancelling they are great, but the sound quality is mediocre (e.g. bass boosted) and their build quality okay.

Nah man, hinges aren't that great. They can be really uncomfortable sometimes. But the noise cancellation is good but i still kinda regret buying them, though.

I will never purchase products with the Sony logo. I have had many Sony products in the past that were left unused for a long time and just stopped working when I tried to use them.
