Deputy President William Ruto has for the first time acknowledged that the land on which controversial Weston Hotel sits on was illegally acquired.
Ruto made the remarks during an interview on BBC’s Hardtalk show. He also dismissed the notion that the appointment of Interior CS Dr. Fred Matiang’i as national development implementation and communication committee head left him out in the cold.

He did not care for the lying at first. He hated it. Then later he had come to like it. It was part of being an insider but it was a very corrupting business.

Am not even bothered about the hotel...what amazed me is how Kenya 'reporters' now report talk as if they are the owners of the story!
How many times have you interviewed Ruto with no substantial thing to report.
