Nice video. I have just restored a Marconi TF2604 VTVM. I replaced all the capacitors and all the resistors on the back pcb. Next I put in a fresh set of tubes ( all NOS). Finally I calibrated it using a Fluke 8808 and TTI power supply. It now has an accuracy of below 1 % on AC and DC ranges 300mV to 10 volts. I haven't calibrated the higher ranges yet. A great piece of equipment!
