Here’s the 🚨TRUTH🚨 about cancer remission

Cancer is tough. I’ve been there. Diagnosed with stage 3 cancer I went through the treatment and I know the days can get pretty dark.

So when you ring that bell and get to the other side of treatment, you think life is going to be different. Better.

When it turns out you are still dealing with a lot of the side effects and fall out from treatment - it can almost feel hopeless.

But listen thriver - there is hope! ♥️

It’s true that no one is going to guide you through cancer recovery. No one is going to call and help. Even the clinicians that helped you in treatment may not be a great support anymore.

But you can take action! You can do it! Start with small steps and build your recovery plan.

You got this!

Sooo true!! The mental and emotional challenges are so much harder than the treatment itself.

I stopped last two. Could barely walk. Dr. advised I stop. I'm having issues now. I had a full hysterectomy from clear cell and endometrial cancers. Uterine and cervical. Three months later im told endometrial, clear cell and serous cancers. How could I get endometrial again. Everything was removed. Plus she removed glands in both pelvic areas so it wouldn't spread. She even did biopsies. No cancer. Makes no sense. When I have diarreah and severe constipated now I always have vaginal bleeding with small tissue. WHY? Stomach stays bloated, gassy, burping. Heartburn. Low appetite. In my town we have no gyn oncologist. Regular gyn's didn't even diagnose my cancers. Took me two months of fighting for referrals. I have no way to see my gyn at the cancer center in the city. Daughter blew me off. I think I now have stomach cancer. 🤷

I've been in remission 1 year. I had triple negative breast cancer. My question for is is it possible to still have chemo brain 1 year after treatment ended? My doctor tells me I should have no more issues with brain fog, memory etc. I still do. It's not as bad as before but my short term memory still sucks.
