Love ur vids bro, I’m 16, and can for sure throw past 50 yds, but for short ranges & accuracy I tend to throw sidearms, can you please show ways to get used to overhead throws, and how to get accurate with overheads. ( I’m pretty accurate overall though )

I played small college. I was throwing 45 to 50 yds at 15 years old. I peaked at around 55 to 57 yds in college.
