Handlebar touches wheels when folded! I just bought a brand new v3 and have an issue where it folds and doesn't stay clicked shut to carry easily. Additionally the handlebar touches the wheels- ewwww- when laid down flat. The customer service representative I spoke with was extremely unhelpful and said that both of those are normal, which I do not believe. Horrible customer service - i will be trying to return this product.

Beware!!! I bought uppababy stroller with car seat and bassinet 2 months ago. My stroller literally broke on our first flight with the baby. Vista V2 is very flimsy. This never happened with Nuna. When I called uppababy customer service, they declined to help or offer any refund/replacement. DO NOT buy!!! Such a waste of money!!!
