Webinar 'Subjective Workplace' with Laura Silva

Imagine you had the best leaders in the world all advising you? You’d have access to the leaders who are most relevant to you now, who are experts in the kind of success you want to achieve and who have attained the highest respect and regard in their fields.

I first read about this idea from author, Napoleon Hill, who spent years studying wealth creation from the great masters of his time. Hill’s research culminated in the 1960 classic, Think and Grow Rich, where he writes of his “imaginary advisory board.”

An imaginary advisory board is a group of people who can inspire and guide you toward your vision of yourself as a leader and in your life. The difference is they exist in your mind!

Once you’ve assembled your “board of directors,” you can pose your questions to them. Think about what they’d advise. Think about how they would do what you’re trying to do, and learn from them. You’ll be amazed at the wisdom and creativity that comes from thinking this way.

I am an extremely positive person but I have violent dreams and I grew up in a lot of chaos. My physical world is chaos but I can walk through it without an issue. It’s almost like I don’t notice the chaos until someone points it out. I would like to have a calmer external environment. Would love your recommendations on how to create that.
