I also wish that some Door people were more polite like say good evening. I’ve been a door lady with 15 years experience I’ve try to make everyone feel safe. I explain to them about not leaving their handbags on the table their phones just so that they can take care of their belongings and we can take care of them.

I don’t know if people have heard of asking for Angela so if you ladies are ever in trouble and you go up to a door person they should know ask Angela, means you’re in trouble and you need help !!
I’m am a Door Lady in Colchester and I am there for you, come and check me out say hello!

I wish they didn’t call us Bouncers we are Door supervisors we train to be compliant within the law.
Some Bouncers were thugs that caused injury that didn’t need to, could’ve been sorted out, with maybe words of advice or gently, take them outside, not throw them down the stairs.
I’ve not met this man, but he seems to talk sense
