Choosing and training with the correct size Mobility Sticks is the first step in Stick Mobility Training.

Our stick bundles come in two sizes, a longer set of Sticks (two 7-foot sticks, one 5-foot stick) and a shorter set (two 6-foot sticks, one 4-foot stick).

The longer bundle, 7-7-5, is designed for people 5'10" AND TALLER.

The shorter bundle, 6-6-4, is designed for people UNDER 5'10".

Stick Mobility is a training system that improves your mobility, stability, and strength.

It combines joint mobilization, strength training, and deep fascial stretching to increase athletic performance, reduce risk of injury, and accelerate recovery.
