UPDATED LIST:

Cultist is still a very strong card for low-leagus, but upwards you will have to spend a bunch of money:

Inquisitor is completely useless in higher leagues unless you have it at a high-level. Avoid using it without any talents.

Monk, Blade Dancer, Bruiser, Inquis (MAX + max talents) DH (MAX + new talents) DPS sword are all REALLY good DPS units at the moment. They match the meta.

Dryad & Harlequin are by far the best support cards, although summoner is getting talents so perhaps that'll take a spot.

Best Buff units:

Knight Statue, DPS sword (both buff crit, knight statue buffing attack speed as well) & flag if you use it right.

Crystalmancer mancer with high arcanist talent, dyrad, harlequin, swords, and mime/trapper can DESTROY max lvl legendaries. I've absolutely demolished DH and Inq with all talents. Its risky since you're only using 1 dps but it can pay off. You'll win more than you lose once you get used to it
