I am happy to see I am not the only person who compares training a dog with educating a kid🤣

I totally agree!
I just wish my family was on board. I have too many family members who will say, “But they’re not kids, so why stress. Let the dog be what it is…an animal.” But then they think my dog is well behaved because he’s just a good dog. 🙄

My 1.9 5:10 year old puppy is Leash Wise… he is great off leash. Also has excellent recall! Leash on everywhere but home & about 5 houses away in any direction = pulling/back injury that can put me out for weeks. 😢 With my back problem, how the heck am I ever going to get a good walker out in the world? Signed, I Gave Up

I'll try to train my dog but he will not do the wash or clean the dishes or vacuum the floor. I saw a couple with twins when I went for a walk with Hobbs my dog and try to trade him for one of the kids lol

My puppy was doing good, but now if I have a treat near by, he is over the top about getting the treat. I put treats/food in a bowl or bag and he keeps going for it. We have done the “leave it” so I start every feeding or training with that and within five minutes I have to go back to it. Any suggestions?
