I do like what you said. I'm heartsick at the direction some Christians are taking these past 5 yrs. I pray for my country and its people those who believe like me and those who don't. But, ultimately it's their choice. Because we will answer to God by ourselves. Jesus came not as a political figure but a savior. So why did the Christians that followed in his wake seek political power? And why are we doing it today? Christians have gone from the oppressed to being the oppressors. That's not the lord I learned about. I love these daily devotions OUR Daily Bread Has been a blessing to me since my mom passed. Thank you all for this.
