Only time will tell. If after 3 years or 20k km walang major issues tong Axis, then it will be a better value than the PG-1 (which as an owner, yes overpriced talaga, you're buying it for the looks). Stock-to-stock specs-wise panalo Axis eh. Pormado na din. Ang maganda lang sa PG-1 despite its price and besides the looks is the Yamaha reliability. Para sakin ang pinakasulit na classic moped ngayon is yung Monarch Cub 110.

Yung iba dito di muna mag background check.. Axis is made by monarch motorcycle which rebadge na rato motorcycles from china. Matagal na sa industriya ang rato, now kung iniisip nyo afterparts, wla kayo ikakaalala unang una may planta sya sa cebu and yes, support nya ang afterparts lahat. and sa di nakakaalam lahat ng gy6 or pang xrm na parts swak sknya.Check nyo nalang aveta ranger max 130, ilang yrs na sknila yan and pinang ririvercrossing nila yan..Sulit sya for its price na carb category.. while pg1, totoong branded sya but lamang na lamang sa specs si Axis125.. Nasuri ko na yan Axis malapitan ang ganda ng build, tapos yung PG1 din, mas naangasan ako sa Axis saka yung specs panalo.

Ang sa akin pormado ang axis nagustuhan ko nga halos lahat Pero yung durability na walang maging issue Lalo na sa long ride Yun lang tinitingnan ko Honda at Yamaha owner ako kaya Pag iisipan ko pa at maghintay ako ng review bago ako bumili kasi kailangan ko ng rough road na maliit na bike katulad ng xrm ko noon.

Coming back after my comment from 4 mos ago. tbh, ang weakness lang talaga ni Axis is its carb, mejj need regular maintenance compared sa fi. At yung tapalodo sa likod na tumitilamsik pa rin ang putik pataas at high speeds. Watch nyo concise review ni Tom on a Budget abt sa Axis 125.

Nope. Not PG1 killer. Brand will matter specially sa katagalan. Mas mg titiwala parin ang consumer sa brand.
