Qatar Crossfit Open 14.4

A recap of 14.4 here in Qatar.

Every March, Crossfit Gyms across the world run the "Opens" in order to identify and qualify athletes to participate in Regionals and then (hopefully) the Crossfit Games.

14.4 in Qatar was run at Crossfit Oryx and I was happy to be there to record the action. Sit back, relax and enjoy Qatar's best athletes go through hell.

I'd like to thank Pete and the team at Crossfit Oryx for the event, the athletes for giving everything they had and Within Temptation for the awesome tunes.

I can't believe how much Crossfit has changed everything about my life.
