Very nice repair indeed. I got an idea while watching the video that maybe is worth trying. The new cable seems thinner than the original and it will probably break again. I guess it could be nice putting that cable inside a paracord to gain some resistance. I've seen that in some cable mods for keyboards, computers and stuff and could be useful in this case too, especially in headphones with exposed wiring like these. Also, tying a knot when the cable is already inside the ear casing could help to prevent damage from pulling the wires.

Thank you for the nice repair. I recommend not to use the 10 cord cable. Just get an old micro-USB-cable. Have a look on the diameter of the cable. It has 4 cords and a shield - so you have 5 cords. Cut off the USB plugs and use it for the headphone.

Thanks to your help i was able to desemble the the headphones i thought i wold fonde the but i see that all the cable connected so i don't know what could be and the problem is that left side doesn't play sound only right they turn on and charge so what issue can it be?

Great video, thank you! Hey, could you please verify if it is possible to use the original cable in Marshall Monitor Bluetooth? The cable seems to be broken near the left ear, so I guess I could somehow “uncoil“ the coil to lengthen the cable? Wouldn't want to buy a new cable and stuff. Do you think that is doable?

I repaced the cable of my major2 but I have some issues.
1- The headphone name CSR-bc7 now on bluetooth.
2- joystick does not work only voice down.
3- Microphone does not work.
4- No purple or violet light.
5- Does not charge

Your cable looks pretty smart small. I've only found an affordable cable which is arround 5mm in diameter so far.
Btw, i've the Major II Headthones and there u need in deed all 10 wires in the cable, cause in the Knop is also at the other side.
5 wires for the Knob (NEXT, BACK, PLAY/PAUSE, VOL+, VOL -) and the 5 you need ( VCC, GND, NTC, SPK+, SPK-)
