The first game I may have played was Pong, but I wasn't around in the 70's. I played it around 1989-90 at age 7-8.

My very first computer game was a Paratrooper on DOS. It was actually interesting experience as I saw this game at 1992 and only in couple of months I saw such games as Gran Prix Circuit, Into the Eagle's Nest, F-15 Strike Eagle 2, and, finally, Wolfenstein 3D. It was gradual upgrade in visuals and gameplay from pretty simple to really complex and engaging.

As usual, Coldfusion never dissapoints when meking videos. Top notch! My first console was a GameGear with Columns bundled. With the cost of videos games back then I had to play this game for months before getting another game. Being a kid with no money to spend felt horrible at the time :-)

I think that the first video game I played was Need For Speed III: Hot Pursuit. This was back in 1998 on a Pentium II PC. We truly have come a long way :)
