Hes a good instructor. No fillers (“Um’s...Aahh’s....etc) material is straight to the point, presented in a very straightfoward and easy way to follow along for students new to the field. Thanks guys!

One of brand new workers never used an excavator before turned up to work the other day and i was showing him a couple things and he had a pretty good grasp on everything already which I thought was weird seeing he's a newby. He said he watched your videos which obviously helped him a lot. So thank you, mate

Man, I'll always be grateful that my father realized that at a young age, I had a passion for heavy equipment. I'm 13 now and have operated a skid steer on many occasions, a mini excavator, semi trucks, etc. Love my dad♥️

Everything you just showed me is what I call "getting a feel of of how the machine works" practice makes perfect is the golden rule for every machine

I just love how you explain everything and let people know it takes time to learn these movements

Wanted to thank you. Recently started within our companie's RGN fleet after 6 years flatbed. Having no heavy equipment experience, it's been somewhat stressful. Had to unload myself today. Watched your video last night and walked off a Cat 326FL today without a hitch. Was a little nervous, but once off the trailer, I turned it from turtle to almost rabbit. It was a blast. Can't thank you enough for keeping me safe and successful.

Was looking to pick up a new bulldozer, wife wasn't familiar with operating one, so I go searching for a video to show her 'controls 101' on a dozer...and found this channel...GREAT WORK, saved me a week of stress letting her actually pay attention (to where she would have ignored half-of-what I said to her)...ended up finding a few other channel vids (like this excavator one) to familiarize her with some other equipment too (she's a skid steer expert...but not so much on excavator work...like with the backhoe on our Case 580 Super N...keep up the good work!

I never operated an excavator before but very interested in learning. I am a plumber and I’m always on job site that I’ve sold to dig up sewers, water lines and storm sewers. When ever I get free time in my work schedule I like to go to the job site and watch the operator.

Great video ! Keep it up

Wow! What a good introductory video. Clear and to the point without taking ten minutes to tell me what you're going to show me. Well done sir. I think I would like to learn to operate heavy machinery like this, grader, bulldozer before I am done.

What a wonderful skill to have though it's not going to come up much in anything other than a life of construction, the operator is god of pools and homesteaders outside of a working life.

Thanks for the lesson, and though there is much much more to learn, you make it easy to get interested and show how it's not rocket engineering, just simple understanding and a little finesse.

Hello Randy, as someone who has never sit in a excavator! I would like to thank you for that professional demonstration. I feel comfortable enough now to give it a try. Once again very professional presentation, all major companies should make a video like yours

When I was learning, my foreman took the handles off of the track controls which forced me to learn to track with my feet . That really helps with being able to track and swing and do other things at the same time. Besides those handles are just in the way in front of you! I been operating for 25 years now and love doing it. Such a fun job!
