(2022) Man! Looking back at the original Apple Music user interface and comparing it to present-day 6 years later, a lot of things have changed, for the better. Even though this design is so nostalgic for me because I signed up for Apple Music on Day 1, my goodness it was so bad. The album layouts on the main page were inconsistent, busy, and even buggy when in the main player. And even look at the mess of a menu here at 2:28

Happy to say that Apple cleaned up a lot of these problems now. Its definitely come a very long way, cleaned up pretty nice.

Has been using Apple Music for the last 3 years before it I’d been using Google Play Music for 6 months. Totally love it, a great music experience and with a student discount I pay a lot less than I could’ve.

Spotify’s not available in my area nor it’ll ever be so (as well as Tidal or Groove Music) so AM is one of the best options out here.

Looks very similar, and does very similar thing to Google's all access. The only thing I didn't see were "music for what you're doing" suggestions which I found very useful as a way of playing music that's firmiliar, that I like, and that I'm in the mood for right now. It'd be nice to see apple users get this experience as well as it would only benefit the music app.

As someone who is anti-apple, I will admit, music is one of the few things that they do right. Apple has been doing music successfully for a long time and I am sure apple will do well entering the market with this new service. In my opinion the user interface could use some tweaking, but other than that it looks like more than viable music streaming platform.

What's the difference between this and spotify? Spotify has the offline function which makes it beast. Does this have an offline mode?
