I feel sorry for Jake. He was trying to be a good guy. I was hoping that since he had intervened to help her mother, they would call it self-defense. He had them both to vouch for him. Sad ending to the story.

That’s not fair. Jake killed his friend in self-defense and to protect the mother and the daughter, and he was not the one who killed the other guy. It’s ridiculous. Why did he have to go to jail for being a hero. That’s not how the legal system works . Jake is totally my type. He’s manly and cute. Definitely not sissy and not a coward. he’s young, but he knows how to take responsibility of his decisions .

All these people in the comment section sympathizing with Jake. What yall aren’t realizing is he that he had a choice to turn his like around and he didn’t. Cami even tried to help him get a job and he didn’t want too! He just kept making bad choices, he gets no sympathy from me!
