Auto attack/Botrk active hack Rito pls fix!

Came across these two guys while playing in normal draft mode. When the Riven got 15 kills in 10 minutes playing in mid I though wow this guy is a beast.

But when I watched him I saw he was shooting out auto attacks heartseeker style. He literally 100-0 the enemies in split second using only autoattacks, or so I though. Looking closely it actually looks like Botrk active like 100 times a second. Botrk laser wtf. The Riven stated early that he was playing on a hacked account, and obviously testing an hack. Posting this in hope this shit will be fixed soon.
