My First Triple Full Combo on Ground

My first ever triple full combo on hard ground.
A lot of work to be done to make the twist faster. But hey, able to push combos like this at 28 yo after 3 major knee injuries (ACL, meniscus and MCL tears) is something. Weights training is the key for me for keeping my knee in shape. Can't wait to see how strong flips on ground will be when I'm 30 and I have had time to make my clean and jerk super strong. It just takes time to get stronger but the benefits are just amazing in the long run.

Gloves are to protect my skin from the toxins in the rubber of the turf. Without them I get some weird skin irritation. Just telling this because people always ask 😄

I'll be turning 36 this year.Iv'e also had a mcl tear few months earlier.But now thank god i have returned somehow to tricking and tumbling and feeling much stronger which is scary. because arent i suppose to degrade as i get older.????.I feel i have better strength and tricking now than my earlier younger days.???
