I like ebikes but also hate them. Heat along with cold is just as bad of worse for the batteries. That black ebike sitting in direct 90f sunlight will be cooking at over 150F in under an hour.
I left 2 bikes (1 motorized with temp gauge on it) under a blue plastic tarp in the sunlight for a couple hours on a 90f day and the temp got climbed to over 350F under the tarp.

Like somebody please explain the bike should never just be coming up even though it has a lot of torque if you’re properly sitting on it, right? Otherwise, how are people supposed to ride it if all it wants to do is come in the air.?
