Rick, that was an awesome meal, my man! Two questions could I use that air fryer combo to simply fry an egg? Can you turn off the lid from the base so you only have 1 heat sauce? Does the Ninja Grill do the same thing? (Sorry that was three questions)

I've been looking at air friers thinking about one, reading reviews about the open tops vs the drawer models. The potatoes took 25 minutes, how long did the steak take to cook? Any reason not to fry the steak in a pan as the potato wedges air fried so everything would be done at the same time? Knowing me I'd have eaten the potatoes before the steak was done.
