basically for factorisation there are certain approaches, as I list them below-
1- common .Taking common from the expression (if there is any)
2- regrouping or rearranging the terms in order to make the expression look more simplified and then taking in common
3- algebraic identities (which was used in this sum)
4- splitting up of middle term
5- hit and trial (used only when the degrees are in descending order say x³+ 3y² +45
6- the quadratic formula .

As simple as that
