Even better than your strap instructions are the other words you said about learning and how to properly teach. I've always said that when you teach somebody something, you have to do it from the perspective that they were JUST dropped on this earth from space. Gotta show the basic of the basics. All other videos on this subject go the same way as your friend was doing before you SLOWED HIM DOWN and showed us clearly and up close how the damn thing goes. Bravo man. Liked.

One of my helpers grew up without a dad and never learned how to use ratchet straps. I didn’t know that until after he lied and said he could do it to save himself embarrassment in front of his employer. I’m glad you have this video because I tried to show him 4-5 times and he didn’t get it. We finished the day Friday and I sent him this link. After the weekend he came in and strapped all of our equipment down good and tight with a proud smile on his face. 👍🏼

Wow thank you so much! I started a job at a lumber yard and people were treating me like I was stupid because I didn’t know how to use the ratchet strap, and I was too embarrassed to ask for help, it caused me a lot of anxiety. So I tried doing it on my own and I panicked and I didn’t do it right, I took in too much thread and created a big knot. fantastic tutorial thanks. I must say if there are that many people working at that business that don't know how to use them, it shows a great level of incompetency from the business managers/owners who don't educate staff on equipment use or even check they are using it safely and properly.
