The notion of slowing down to be more productive and efficient might seem counterintuitive. However, research shows that slowing down and taking time to plan and reflect, not only increases out productivity and the quality of our work, it also helps us live happier and more fulfilled lives.

In this video, we look at some of the reasons we as humans are inclined to rush, especially when we find ourselves in stressful situations. I introduce you to an exciting new experiment looking at the effects of introducing more focus and reflection time into the workday. We also look at the benefits of slowing down, and I give you some tips on how you can introduce the concept of hurrying slowly into your life.
