If the recent announcement that Windows will be natively supporting RAR files has annoyed you, please don't give up. WinRAR is super-fast being written "properly" (native app), it's never failed me, uses pretty much no resources, and does lots of things that the forthcoming "built-in" functionality in Windows will never do. I've tried other third-party archiving programs, but nothing else comes close - slow, and bundled with lots of software I don't want.

Found this video because I need a straightforward way to do local backups and then, send those off to a remote server.
