Also fun fact about the Axolotl. You can cut off any part of it's body and it's able to grow back (like Mathew just said). If you cut the head of compleatly or remove it's brain, it will grow it back and still retain its memory. So that means it will remember every thing from it's birth. Including you cutting it's head off!
