Chris Simms was very critical of Daniel in the beginning when the Giants drafted BUT oh how things have changed!!! He's gonna be the most exciting young QB to watch behind Mahomes and Jackson. Either way, he's my QB and I'm so hyped to watch him play.... especially in my NEW Daniel Jones Jersey!!!!

I actually like where he is when it comes to what people expect from him. People really hyped up Baker Mayfield and Sam Darnold last year and look what happened. Keep undervaluing him, it just takes off all the pressure. Sometimes in life the key to happiness is just having low expectations.

Your absolutely right that he had no talent around him at Duke! Only 2 other Duke players were invited to the combine but didn’t get drafted, which I explained to ignorant Giants fans who were down on the pick. Also his receivers dropped 3.5 passes per game. My one friend literally reacted on Draft day saying “Mara’s a racist for not taking Haskins” 🙄
