I really want to see footage while he's flying it! This technology must be mind blowing to the older gen of model airplane pilots who could only imagine such a thing years ago. It must be the closest thing to actually piloting a fighter jet! The cool thing about it is that you can see vital instruments in the goggles like they're in the actual model. I'd love to know what the starting price is for an RC airplane and goggles like this that give you a cockpit view.

The cool part is how simple the actual mechanism is (Just 2 servo’s) but how they work with software to properly determine the correct X and Y positions to turn the camera to, and fast as well. Coding this would be.. interesting..

I feel like if I tried creating something like this I’d spend too much time trying to get it perfect honestly.

Just a few questions… so all I need is the FPV Air Unit from your website and the gimbal and the DJI goggles? Any other cheaper goggles that will work ?😬 Is that it? Just those three things ? How would I install the gimbal into the cockpit? By screwing it into a piece of balsa wood or just glue ? Maybe gonna try to put it into an E Flite F16 Thunderbird 70mm. Or any other bigger jet I might buy. What jet do you recommend putting this in ? Thanks for all the help!!!! This is life changing!!! LOL!

The problem is that moving your head will cause the antennas to point in the wrong direction.
