Sibiu is a European Captial of Culture, and it sits on the West part of Romaia a few hours drive from Hungary. This medieval town dates back to the 12th century. To bad you did not visit Alba Iulia also, I recommend to book a trip there especially because on the 1th of December, our National Day, we celebrate 100 years since the great union, 100 years since we exist in this territory configuration.

You should visit the city called Alba Iulia.If you spend time in Romania and not visit Alba Iulia the citadel city you miss out on a huge part of Romanian culture and history.
