so if you let it sit or 'cure' for at least 2 or 3 hours after you make it and add 2 or 3 cups of broth then do the immersion blender thing to the soup it becomes very delightful plus if you add bacon bits and more sour cream as a garnish to each bowl it gets really good it took me a few tries to get it right but the recipe you used is pretty close to what I use its one of my gotos if you added cooked shrimp some nice white snapper and clams plus a few cans of clam nectar you would have New England seafood chowder which is my favorite soup of all ...lol but really good attempt and dont right it off just yet . If you forgo the green parts of the leeks and let it sit for awhile in the fridge it will be really good like close to 4 or even 5 out of 5 just my 2 cents worth of advice / opinion anyways awesome video I will come back again
